Well, an experiment in the kitchen didn't quite work. I was hoping to have a nice fluffy mousse, but it didn't turn out that way, perhaps I should have looked up a recipe rather than go it alone.

So, this site is one week old and the entries are starting to flow. I hope you are enjoying the recipes, I know there are not many so far. It is early days still and I'm trying to get used to this article writing, well a bit anyway.

So time is 7 am, the kids have woken early as usual, so this means the chicken remains are in the big pot on the hob simmering. The great thing about making chicken stock is that you can control the amount of salt you put in.

A quick entry. Kids are needy today. One roast chicken cooked by 10am, cooling down before being stripped of meat. Going to see how much meat can be had off it.

So, there we have it. I've published my first article on-line. Does this make me a published writer now? :)
