I've been hoping for a Google Page Rank update, just to give me an indicator of whether my blog is being noted by Google.

This latest Page Rank update, on the 6th December 2013, has upgraded my status by one. Not much I know, but many have gone down it seems.

I know the Google Page Rank is not the be all and end all of SEO indicators, but for a hobby blogger it's nice to see that work is paying off. I usually look at Analytics data, trying to improve my CTR and bounce rates and seeing that the previous PR update was February 2013 it's pretty much the only thing I've had to gauge progress.

Anyhoo, PR update from 0 to 1. I'm off the mark! Woohoo.

Now lets forget about Google PR again for another ten months :)
