A very easy recipe that makes gorgeous home-made Doner Kebabs just like the ones that you get in a Kebab house (the ones that turn around in the window and looks like an elephants leg).

I was thinking the other day it has been a while since I last had a minted lamb burger. I really like the change to beef, and it's so much better and cheaper just to mix the ingredients together yourself rather than use pre-made burgers.

A BBQ was on the cards this evening so I quickly prepared these lamb kebabs with mint and parsley. Really easy to make, as long as you've got some lamb in.
